Transmission issues improve, but still not right

Well since the OD light was flashing, the TC wasnt locking up, and shifting was rough I took it to the dealer today. They pumped out some tranny fluid as it was a little too full (never touched it- 39k miles on the rebuild) and cleared codes, which was pretty much just a TC slippage code. Now the light stopped blinking and it shifts smooth again, but it still feels like the TC isnt locking. Shifting into OD is at higher rpm than normal and it runs about 200 rpm higher at 55-60. Also if i accelerate when at 55-60 it will rev up a few hundred rpm (unless its at WOT-then itll shift down like normal). Basically I still think the TC isnt locking up. They told me to drive it and give em a call back on monday and tell em how its running. Any ideas why it wont lock up?

deffinetly sounds like its not locking, my DD tune is a little screwy latley and wont lock the TC in the morning and does exactly that, OD revs when getting on it, deff shouldnt do that. i have to change the setting and then back real quick some times to reset the tune to get the TC to lock up tight and no slip, mabe your pcm is falling off its rocker, do you have a chip? or mabe the rebuild skimped on a TC pump and its failing. go to a tranny shop and have them read the tranny line pressure when driving.

Well the PCM is less than a year old and theres no chip on it. The next time i drove it it was locking up fine in OD, but then it didnt the next time, and then another time it was only about 100 rpm higher than normal but still wasnt locked. Its just kinda screwy.
