More Glycerin after methanol recovery?

I don't know why but after I heat the WVO to around 150, add my methanol and lye mixture, let it mix for about 2 hours then let that sit for a day, Drain off the glycerin, Heat the bio back up to around 215 with an air bubbler to remove methanol, After I let that sit over night again I got about 3 more cups of really thick glycerin? Both the bio before and after methanol recovery pass the 27-3 test, So why am I getting even more glycerin out of the bio after methanol recovery?

I think I read that Methanol keeps Glycerine in suspension, so with it removed more drops out... I get a little more out of mine also after distillation... Fabman???

So what you are saying is I should leave my Bio in the separator tank after distillation and see if more glycerin drains out after cooling?

That's the arraingement that we have. Pump it from the processor into a 60 gal cone bottom tank, and let settle overnight before draining off the glycerine that has settled to the bottom. The bio that is left goes into another tank to be mixed with magnesol for dry-washing...
