F250 Rear Axle Interchange?

Firstly, I searched

My 250 has an open 3.31 D61. I would like the ability to gear it, have my choice of Posi's, etc. Is there a 60 or 9" that was made for these trucks that has the same track width, brakes, lug pattern, etc?

From the looking around I've done, it seems like there was a D60 in some 250's, but I am unsure if the shock mounts and such are identical.

Thanks.

Jermafenser is gaining momentum as a positive member of FTE. Jermafenser is gaining momentum as a positive member of FTE.
Only the Dana 60 or 61 was available on the F250s. Only the pumpkin was different between the 60/61.

I believe you can regear with the Dana 61 housing.
