replace csp?

Has anyone every replaced a crank position sensor on an 04 6.0 6spd.? It has been sorta hard starting since he got the truck, and he has been getting a lot of code for the cps. When he clears them they come back. He is running edge evolution (100 hp). It mostly just need to know where it is so I can look at it. Thanks for any help in advance.

p.s. It has 130,000+ miles

not often. we see cam sensors but not many of them either. you can hook up an osilicope to it and check the pattern.

no that means he trys to crank the engine 10x and it wont start. there are a few ckp (what you are calling a cps is really a ckp) dtc wich one is it.
also there is a cmp sensor is there a code setting for that as well at the same time.
any other codes?
If it were only a matter of O theres the code it needs that part everyone would be able to do my job.
