Wow!! I just have a bumper on the front of my truck. I guess I wouldn't be cool in Colorado.

Hey OldHarley, I think I know what it is: (snowplow) I did some research and was able to figure this out. Snowplow is actually two words snow and plow. Snow = Scam and Plow = Shove
There, now you know.

63'half ton, Are you going out to Henderson? I have been snowed in in Evergreen and I am interested in what you found. I just bought a 64 F100 with a rebuilt 292. Well, it died on my maiden voyage from Fort Collins to Evergreen. One of my hockey buddies had a 302 from a Mustang sitting in his garage and I am trying to swap them out.

There is a lot of the cities going after collectors like you found. I was searching for a specific 65 or 66. I wanted a 6 holer, a 3 speed on the column, and a short box. I looked all over the country, and found it in Broomfield. I picked it up for $700 because the guy who had it was confused by the title dated 1979. He wouldn't take it to the county, to get a registration, and therefore let it go for a song. The city said register it or we will tow it. I registered it no problem.

It is catastrophic, that is why I am putting in a 302. My engine guy my friends put me in touch with is being challenged and I am having to learn more than I ever thought. It sounds like I need a bell housing adaption and new flywheel. The 302 was from an automatic and the seized engine we took out of my 64 f100 was a 292 with a manual 4 speed. After a day with my engine guy I learned he does not read, so I am having to figure this all out!!!

Back to Henderson, that is why I think I maybe need to get out there and see what parts may help me.

Do you know if he is willing to part out some of them? It would be a life saver if he wanted to work with some of us.

Also, any idea if he would be willing to list what he has on site? I'm sure we can find homes for some of these before it all disappears.

The city is building all around his spread of about 6-8 acres and folks don't want to see his "treasures".
What is the address?? Where in the Denver area is this guy located??
