HELP! --- Securelock issues: my EXPY won't start

This morning my wife try to start the Expy and it wouldn't, so she called me. I just came to check it out and the THEFT indicators blinks fast when you put the ignition in the ON position. I tried both of our keys but no luck. It a 2000 Expy EB with the 5.4L. The user manual says that is a Securelock issue and that I got to take it to the dealer. What can I do get my truck back up and running without having to go to the dealer?
Your help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

alloro is gaining momentum as a positive member of FTE. alloro is gaining momentum as a positive member of FTE.
Since it's the same problem with both keys, something probably broke, like the antenna wire at the ignition lock or there's a problem with the electronics themselves. There's an outside chance it might just be a blown fuse somewhere, so I'd check that first. Other than that, the complexity of the system is going to require you having it towed to the dealer.

You could try to disconnect the battery cable for about 10 minutes to reset the computer. Then try it again after reconnection.
