You should be fine with that size tire

A 285/75/18 is about 35.1" tall, slightly taller than most 35s. You may have some clearance issues with the bumper if you're suspension is all stock. What is the stock tire size on 18s?

So the 285/75 is roughly 2" larger than stock and 1/2" wider.

Not sure on the width but I measured my Goodyears the other day and they were right at 33.4" in diameter and they are the 275/70-18s.

I just installed 295/70-18s on my 2006. The stock 275/70-18s are 33.2 inches in diameter and 10.9 inches wide. The 295/70-18s are 34.4 inches in diameter and 11.7 inches wide. I've loaded photos in my gallery (at the bottom) if you care to look and you can get an idea of the clearances. My truck has a completely stock suspension with no lift or leveling kit. Your 350 sits a little taller than my 250 so you may have a little more clearance. However, I wouldn't go any taller on my 250 than what I've got on it now.

285/65 is probably as close to the stock diameter that you are going to get.

On my 350 srw. king ranch .I had 315/75 R 16, stock rims. If I remeber right they are 31.5 inches tall. They would rub inner plastic fender when turning hard especially going bumps., and I had to pull the fender back towards the frame with snap ties.I also have a leveling kit on mine.

315/75/16 is a 35x12.50, quite a bit wider than what we're talking about here and certainly not a 31.5" tire (that would be shorter than stock). Mine had that size on it when I got it and stock height it wouldn't rub on the street, but it was within 1/8". Wheel offset makes a huge difference with wider tires also. With stock wheels a 285/75/18 will probably be alright, but if you don't plan on changing gears I'd go a little smaller.
