2.3 belt routing

Does anyone have some pics of the belt routing or accessory locations on a 90 2.3L 4 cylinder. I have an XLT that I bought with a motor from an XL partially installed. The truck has power steering but no A/C. I can't figure out how things should be mounted. Right now i have the alt mounted on the drivers side above the PS pump. I have an auto tensioner pulley directly below the alt but the belt doesn't make enought contact with the alt pulley and it is really squealing. In addition the sticker on the core support is gone so I don't know how it was supposed to go with the factory accessories mounted either. Any help is appreciated.

Sorry I don't have a manual for that 1990 engine, I've only got the 1990 Full size Ford Truck Service Manual and the 1999 Ranger manual.

Just a couple of thought tho. Make sure that all the pulley's are in line with each other and are rotating in the same plane, any angle or offset will cause a squeal.

You could tie a string around the pulleys in order to get the proper length of serpentine belt at the auto parts store.

I don't know if this picture will help or not it's for a 2.5L engine 1999 service manual
