1991 ford f150 4x4 -5.0 /fuel pressure

i have a 1991 ford f150 4x4 with a 5.0 v8 could any one tell me what kind of fuel pressure this would have

32-34 PSI at idle.
around 40 PSI WOT.
42-45 psi with vacuum hose off and plugged from the Fuel Pressure Regulator (FPR).
