Holy smokes! Racin is a magical on pumps. Instead of three 15 sec glow crank trys, it fired while priming. Half a turn and fires now. No glow plugs. Hoards more power. Miles of smiles. Think i will turn it down a little rollin some coal at wot. No egt guage yet. Ive been fighting hard start since i got this truck but all i have to do is look at the ignition switch now. Power no longer falls off at 1800 like before. Continues pulling on up. Thanks racin you are the man.

That sounds interesting. Can you tell me what it says, or take a picture?

No sorry. I left it on the kitchen counter and my wife tossed it. Seem like idle set at 700. Fueling curve started at like 103cc down to 78 maybe at 3k something rpm and defuel at 3800. Sorry i know thats vague. Maybe racin could help on that.

Hm, that's probably good enough. I was just curious because the RD-90 doesn't say it has a redesigned metering valve, so that should be (close to) stock.

3300 is usually high 70's in the CC range... Defuel is 3800.

its usually around 100-110 at peak, mid 90's at Tq peak, and 90 at hp peak, but it varies marginally...

I send a flow sheet out with every pump so the customer has an idea what the fuel curve looks like...

Thats a great review. My engine stops pulling around 2200rpm. I thought it might have been a problem with the Mechanical advance or light-load-advance. I might have to look into getting one of your pumps. I'll be watching this thread for what your MPG results are.

Out of curiosity, does it get clattery at that speed?
My pumps been doing that... I've 'hacked' it for the time being by moving the light-load advance a bit, then moving the pump to compensate. Not great, but it gets me by until I come up with the $$$ to buy one from Racin.
