Fairlane is not the same steering wheel. The Fairlane's horn ring is not the same, either.

Same 3 spoke 17" steering wheel: 1960/63
Falcon/Comet / 1961/66 F100/250
2WD / 1967/70 F100/350 2WD/4WD / 1966/70 Bronco.
The 1960/63 Falcon horn ring is the same for all of the above, except the Comet. The Comet's emblem is different, otherwise it's the same horn ring.
Dennis Carpenter has reproduced this 3 spoke wheel in black only (C3DZ3600A).
The "chrome" horn ring has also been reproduced, but by whom...I dunno.
The horn ring was chrome thru 1967. 1968/70: Ford painted the horn ring a flat grey color to ward off glare.

FOUR spoke 18" steering wheel: 1961/66 F100/250
4WD / 1961/66 F350/750.
The horn ring & horn button used with the FOUR spoke steering wheel is not the same as the THREE spoke steering wheel.
