1940Truck Pics

Look in my gallery for a really awesome 40 Ford pickup with a flathead. The friend of mine who done my truck has done the work on this one. It has the quietest running motor even quieter and smoother than my new car. I wish i could post the pics but can't seem to get it right.

All you do is click on the where it says forum codes at the bottom of each picture you want to post , highlight the code by left clicking your mouse and dragging it so it is highlighted then right click hit copy, go back to your post and paste, magic happens after that and your picture will appear,. Hope that helps

Thanks John for your help posting pictures. How do you post multiple pictures in a single post.

I was looking in your gallery at your panel truck. Looks great. We were at a cruise/swap meet this summer and a guy from Erie Pa. had an original unrestored 53 panel he wanted to sell. It had the original 6 cyl., three speed, original wood floor. It had 45,000 miles on it. He drove it in to the swap meet from Erie. He wanted $9500.00 for it. I told my wife if i had the money and the place to put it i would have bought. She gave me that look that only a wife can give if you know what i mean.

I have a later model flattie in my little coupe also and that thing runs super quiet like a sewing machine. I have been very impressed with it so far but not enough power for me. I will hang on to it for a later project in something.

As for the 40, I love that truck, there are a couple of guys down here that are building some. IMO the 40 ford is the second sexiest truck behind the 53-56, but that is just me.

To do multiple pictures just keep within the same post and add the pictures as you did with the first one, it is sometimes handy to be logged on two windows so you can switch back and forworth, hope that makes sense, and I do recognize the look that comes from the little woman, lol.
