today i checked all my plugs and they are all within spec.
tomorrow i'm gonna put the car on a ramp and see if i can find anything under the car.

 

You're brave! You won't catch me under an expedition that's up on ramps. That about 1-ton of weight on each ramp.

 

today i checked under my car and i heard that the noise is coming from the rear of the engine on the passenger side. after that i checked my engine oil and i had to fill in about 3 quarts of oil but it still does the noise, i haven't checked my oil since my last oil change
could maybe not enough oil in the engine caused my problem?
i also noticed about a month ago that my oil pressure gauge is a little above normal?

 

Down 3 quarts?? You might start considering the possibility that you spun a rod bearing or a main bearing.

 

other than the noise it runs just fine
