Regarding the reflectivity and safety issues with the current plates that they are only effective for 5 years, I have to raise the

and Brad can back me up on this.
If the current plates loose the refelctivity, then why is it that the reflective stripping that is on any fire truck or ambulance in made with the
same refelctive material and it is NFPA approved and there is NO lifespan issues with it.
It is just some political BS to get more $$$$ out of us and disguise it as a safety issue.
