Thanks for the pics Bob.

Might be the angle but it looks like there's a seam around the center. Does it all sit against the driprail?

Looks like a good option to chase, specially since I have the chrome trim on the '55 dash.

thers no seam down the center, it sits just above the drip rail,brackets screw into the roofand bolt fast to visor.I like it,and mine should be installed shortly,I will post more pics of it when its on the truck and painted to match, plus I will be adding six chrome teeth to mine,wich will run from the top down, about 3\4's the way down,evenly spaced acrossed the visor. {my personal touch}

Hey Bob,
Thanks for posting that link to the visor place in Whitney, TX.
You learn something new every day. My son is interested in
putting a visor on our 1950 F1 - He's only 40 minutes down the road from
this place. He can just run down there & see how it would fit - nice.
Thanks a lot.

Erik, I can't see your pics. I'm not familiar with face book but I think your settings are on private.

visor

my 53 should be painted sometime next week,I will get some pics on here as soon as it is , with the visor on and painted.
however Iam adding 6 chrome teeth that will run vertically acrossed the visor evenly spaced.......they are 7 inches long, actully are chrome pieces for a mercedes cowl panel...but they will work with a little modifications and nobody else will have them.
will post pics as soon as i can.

bob
