Was wondering if anyone has any experince with the ACCEL COP's?

Were they worth it?

Stolen from a post I found by using the search :cop
I had purchased a new set of COPs from Performance Distributors, a site sponsor some time ago. Their product called Sultans of Spark is a aftermarket high output COP. I decided to take the time to install them and fix the problem for good.
Probly not perty yella ones but everyone who uses um luv em

I got sick of spending $80-90 each for the stock ones every six months so I replaced all 8 with the accel performance ones at $25 each it was a great investment runs better more power better cold starts and it has been 2 years and 25,000 miles and no problems yet!

I haven't used them, but maybe if I have to do them next time I will look into the set of them to try them.

People on here will say go with motorcraft because these motors are very sensitive with the ignition. look up what happens when people use other brand of spark plugs. You might get a code for running these but who knows for sure.

There is no reason to replace the stock COPs unless you are having a miss problem.
The stock motorcraft Are the best!
Iv been around for a wile and only here bad things about the accel COPs. Every now and then you will here someone that actually got them to work on there truck but 95% of the time it's all BAD!
If you do have a problem ,,most people have had great luck with this COP. It's made by the same company that makes the stock ones at a faction of the price.

Well I have had nothing but trouble with motorcraft I have replaced one 7 times in 5 years and have had no luck with the stock ones! I replaced # 7 last time with the stock replacement and it only lasted 5000 miles that is when I switched to accel performance ones no-codes no problems 25,000 miles later and running better than ever before and I did gain mpg and a little better throttle response faster starts in the cold Minnesota winters! So don't be scared you can replace all eight for the cost of 2 motorcraft ones which is a smart buy if you ask me but that is only my opinion!
