2000 f150 5.4 fuel pressure regulator location

2000 f150 5.4 fuel pressure regulator location
where is the fuel pressure regulator on a 2000 f150? i have seen that its on the fuel rail, but technically i have one on each bank?
what does it take to replace it? how do you recommend bleeding the fuel pressure
