This pic says a lot,..For those of us who remember, when these vintage dually's came from the factory, they only had a spare rim, no tire. So Ford sent them out with wood under the rim to take up the space of the tire.. The WOOD is still there!

Also you may notice that it is hanging lower than usual,..that's because the owner had Transfer Flow Fuel Tanks installed in place of the stock ones, front and back! This thing holds 70 gallons of gas!

Pretty Cool,..

The days before "screens". That audiovox is cool. Is it color or b/w? Thats neat how the rear seat makes a bed.

That thing is immaculate!!!

Another thing that the previous owner did,.. He had $4000.00 Alpine stereo system installed when it was new.

Here is the equipment under the rear seat:

It does

I love the vintage stereo stuff. I think most of it sounds better than the new stuff does.

My truck has a somewhat old school stereo setup.

You should put this in the show off pre 97s thread.

It is Color. There is a switch for the rear seat that is powered to move froward and backward also, pretty cool! The Centurion Conversions had it all!

Ok, I just now had a chance to sit down and respond to some posts:,..

WOW.. nice find. So.. did you have to pay new truck $$ too or was it also a steal.
It is hard to tell, I believe that I got a good deal on it. There is just nothing out there to compare it to.

Can you say SUHWEET? Beautiful ( not really the right word for it ) truck. Gorgeous? Outstanding? Unbelievable?
Yea, I think that about covers it!

absolutely gorgeous, god bless that man
wanna sell it?
All i can say is wow seriously im speechless my heart stopped. i'd be getting my garage set up to hold that thing and only take it out every now and then. and fyi if you ever decide to get rid of it( i know yeah right haha) call me............

Wow
Kyle
Thanks guys, Right now it is tucked in nicely at in my climate controlled shop. If I decide to sell it I'll let you know,.....

holly hell that thing is sexy...6100 orig. miles? its still in its first pair of shoes!!!WOW...that is truly an amazing find...bet it came with an outstanding price tag too
you are correct, The original owner actually had the original tires changed back in 91 to some nice aggressive Bridgestone tires. Because he, as he put it, "Wanted the Best that was available." They still look like brand new.

Very nice, what are your plans for it?
Try not to scratch it,..

There was a 1997 Ford F350 4x4 RCLB 351 auto with 65 total miles old body style near me a few weeks ago for $11,000 I almost bought it , sweet truck by the way have fun with it .
WOW 65 miles, there is always something out there better hu,.? Is it still available, if so let me know, that sounds like a good deal!

That is freakin awesome!!!!!!!!!

If I had that, I wouldn't modify it much. Its too cool like it is. Its not likely that anyone will see a 91 F350 like that anytime soon.

Where did you find it Ebay or autotrader? What were they asking for it?
Thanks, I have no plans to modify it in any way, like you said, it is way tool cool the way it is! I really believe that it is probably the Nicest Dually of this vintage in existence today. Mostly because whenever a Dually got bought it was purchased to use, haul a camper, horses trailer, work truck, or whatever.

I found it on Craigslist it was about 10 miles from me.

Would you believe I'm jealous? Actually, I was before the additional pics. / info. Even worse now. I'm trying to remember the commandment about " not coveting ". Somehow, I'm having trouble with that right now!

You hit the nail right on the head right there. just short of someone COMPLEATLY tearing down and putting back all new parts it still wouldn't come close to that one.
