Mike....I have some spare yblocks now,and really do not know if the one will even run. The guy in Mass., said it ran in the 56 wrecker.....but who knows.
I promised him the 56 wrecker would live on.....and the cab and the 272 and trans are out of the wrecker......and the bed went on Ksmiths 51......look on his gallery and you can see how nice the bed was.
I have the cabs loaded, and will head south if all goes well.

Mike...any pics? I am just finishing up the 272 with rebuilt carb and new gaskets....and oil and filter.....now almost time to fire her up....keep my fingers crossed...LOL
Then time to re-install the front fenders and valance and grille and turn signals.....and then the wire harness.
I do not think I will try to wire it.....but will buy the EZWIRE kit....axracer claims it is easy...so maybe I will attempt it.
Carpet is in and had to remove gastank and re-installit,since carpet went way up under it.
Then ready for the new bed.......you know this is a lot of work.....haha!!!

Awesome looking collection. I never did make it to Ashtabula this summer.
Hopefully next year.
