Where is the bell housing inspection cover?

I have a 2002 F350 V10 with 4 speed auto. I have a very annoying vibration sound around 2100 RPM's. I have spent countless hours under the truck and as many hours on line reserching what this could be. I have had it to two shops and neither could find the noise. This noise started right after I had the tranny serviced. I have clamped all of the heat shields and banged all over the truck with a rubber hammer with no luck.

I had read on more than a few web sites that the bell housing inspection cover is a suspect for the noise I'm hearing. Problem is, I cannot seem to find this "cover" to see if it's loose.

Any advice?

I would think it is the lower portion of the bell. See how in this pic, the bell seems incomplete?
