My 2001 Escape wont even turn over. Put the key in and try to crank and where the mileage is on the odometer goes from actual numbers to -------. Installed a Ultra Start Remote starter a few days ago and everything was working fine when starting with the key. The remote bypass was having issues and I couldn't get it to start with the remote. A local installer recommended another way of having the bypass learn the PATS code. Also said to switch the RX and TX wires around. Tried that but now it wont start. When trying to start with key I get absolutely nothing as in cranking or clicking, when the remote start tries it says its in Tach Lock Out mode. HELP!
