yes there is a Orange 78 short bed with a cap. Body is rough it has a 302 auto in it.There is also a lot of 88-96 right now and a 72 3/4 ton a 85 with a 351 windser H.O.
Also there is D&L MOTORS in Medina that has a 78 Long bed and a 79 dually

 

Is the '78 long bed a regular bed or stepside? Is the '79 dually a regular cab?

How is the D & L yard? I have never been there.....they guys friendly/helpful?

The 78 3/4 is a step side.The 79 is a reguler cab.D&L Motors are good people in my dealing with them.pick a parts 78 has a nice grille The 72 has nice rims like the ones on your red one in your gallery. I have a 68 F100 as of right now.You should look into joining the Ohio Chapter on this site There are good people on there some are into 53-56 some 73-79.

all parts i seen are at salvage yards the Pull a part has a link above and they list there prices pretty cheap parts i think D&l Motors you'd have to call there on PEARL RD in Medina.

they have a 84 with the step side bed on it the bed is blue.wouldn't wait to long I don't know how long they keep there stuff but they do get rid of stuff one time I was there there was like 10 73-79 a month later not one to be found.
