help! p0345, p0021, p0011

Hey ok the service engine light came on in my dads truck, its an 04 f150 with the 5.4, its got just over 40k miles on it, i had the codes pulled and i guess both cams are off timing and the camshaft position sensor is having a problem... what are the likely causes of this? THe truck is running fine so the timing cant be off too much, also can anyone tell me where i can the the cam position sensor on bank 2, is it possibly that maybe there is just a faulty connection somewhere between the ecm and the sensor? thanks in advance for your help

By far the most common cause I have seen is sludge build-up. The cam sensors are mounted in the timing cover just below the valve covers.
