The EngineHouse in Phoenix?

I originally posted this on the 73-76 forum, but got no response.
Has anyone ever heard of these guys, or know of a better place?
Oh yeah, it's for a 76 F-150 4X4 with a tired 360.

Does anyone know of a reputable source to purchase a rebuilt 390 from in the Phoenix area? I know it's best to rebuild your own, but I don't have all the tools/time etc. I've found a place called the engine house that offers a 3/36 K warranty which is about the best I've heard of. They also said they do all the "standard" oiling mods.
Has anyone heard of this place? Another other ideas?
Thanks!

I have never heard of them but I am also wondering what the standard oiling mods are I have never known there to be standard oiling mods if you are doing the engine correctly anyway. I wouls ask them what they consider a standard oiling mod first.
