If it is over 8800 GVWR and not in california, chances are that it is not OBD-II.

I know this an old thread but I just completed this swap. I used a 96 F150 obd2 truck as my donor truck and swapped everything over to a 93 Bronco. You will have to swap all the wiring harnesses along with the computer over. The Bronco had a 5.0 auto w/push button 4x4, I swapped in a 351w 5speed w/manual transfer case. My obd2 system does have live data stream along w/ a o2 sensor behind the cat. It has 3 o2 sensors 1 on each header and one to monitor the cat. All total it did take me a week to convert it over but that includes engine, trans, transfercase and rear axle now I do get 2mpg better and can tell it has better throttle response. All total it didn't cost me anything but my time to do this. I do have a perfect E40d and push button transfer case if anyone is interested.
