Weird Idle

2004 Escape w/ V6, when almost warmed up coasting to stop, idle sometimes dips below 500 then bounces up to 800-1000, then eases back down to about 600-700. Has not stalled on me, no CEL. New fuel filter/plugs/air filter earlier this year, new IAC/cleaned throttle body 1.5 years ago, I'm thinking clean/replace IAC, maybe clean throttle body and clean MAF sensor. Sound about right? Am I missing anything?

try just cleaning those parts first. No sense of wasting money on new IAC and not needing one..

Thanks

That's sound advise. It idles fine when cold, RPMs just dip once in a while.

Sounds like an IAC issue, but a small vacuum leak is also possible.
