slide out/in is a new rocker switch. below the mirror adjust switch.
the mirror adjust has a new feature, when centered, you can pull it back (towards the rear of the truck) and it signals the mirrors to fold in or out.. so its a toggle to some other logic that does the work.
these might be in the same assembly part, don't remember the physical look.. will take a pic when it gets light out

Go to this truck at Carmax and look at picture #10. This will show you the controls.

I used a generic 2 button window switch available from Napa and placed it in the side of my front center console. The polarity changes depending on which direction you want the mirror to go, which is the same as how a window motor works. It involves ALOT of wiring! I even went as far as buying the OEM switch but finding the room in the door panel to put where it would look right was asking too much.

I think there are 8 pairs of wires..
mirror up/down, left/right
adjust in/out
fold/unfold
using trailer harness wire (cheap and small), that is 2 sets of 4 wires to each door.
and u have 4 switches to control it all
this is one joystick switch in the stock control..
select driver/passenger
up/down, left/right
adjust in/out
fold/unfold.
