My 03 explorer heat just clicks when temp turned to hot. I know that it is the blend door actuator motor gears stripped out. But I need to know if their is an easy way to fix ,besides the dealer or taking the whole dash out. I checked the free blend door fix on this site and its not the same year I've also looked on heatertreater.com and I really don't want to cut the dash all up. It's getting cold so any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
