Clean the battery terminals, solenoid terminals, and double-check all connections for tightness, including the starter. Also clean the ground cable and its attachment point on the block.
If the solenoid is clicking in an attempt to start, then that usually means it is engaging. Measure its output to verify it is indeed applying voltage to the starter.
