Whack the front (side facing you) with a big hammer if that doesn’t work see step two.
Are the drums lose on the axle flanges, probably not as rust builds up between the axle lip/shoulder and the drum. Heat the drum with and oxy/acet torch (cutting tip, just for more heat) in a figure 8 around each and every stud on the drum. That will “swell” the drum and it will “pop” off the axle snout.
