Do any of you have the rare dually short bed? If any of you do, do you have pictures?

I saw one when I was looking for my truck i tried really really hard to come up with a reason why I needed a dually diesel FX4 model. boy was it sweet. fell in love first look. only had 14,000 miles on it. I think asking price was 42,000

pounds,

there was a CC short box... allowed a CC dually to exist without the need for bed space past a gooseneck hitch...

the problem was, the hitch was too close to the cab... throw a 5er or a box-nosed gooseneck in that setup and you hit the cab on sharp turns.

no reg or ext cab versions with a short box existed...

Thanks for the response everybody! I would love to have a black crew cab dually 4x4 with a short bed. I have seen it before but it had too many miles on it.

I had a 2006 Dually short bed, and due to me breaking out a few Power Sliding rear windows I traded it off for a 2008.

The trucks are very cool, wish i had it back cause my 08 sucked A$$ and diesel both!

Mine was all Black!

It's interesting that they would build such a thing. Seems like a wasted effort, but the point about goosenecks makes sense. Don't know why you guys want one, but good luck with it.

Only reason I can see is it would have a sharper turning radius which would help with backing up trailers.
