1998 Wndstar 3.0 runs rough

Bought van a year ago. Changed all the plugs a real pain, 5k later #3 blows out reinstalled it change wires too. #1 not firing checked all wires R&R and rerouted them. Four weeks ago she starts running rough. Replace coilpack ran the same. Sent van to regular mechanic. They changed the coilpack, installed two (used) ECM, still ran the same. Changethe back plugs #1-3, check for spark, injectors, fuel presure, engine compression, electrical wiring, pulled all the O2 sensors and checked the wiring to them, everything was fine. Four hundred thirty-five dollars and a week later he gave up and it still ran the same. Van struggles to get to 30 MPH (tranny or engine)? It's still running rough, after it gets to 30 MPH she runs good, until you get to a hill then she struggles at 20 MPH. I can here a backfire from the engine (sound like from the left side of van). Blew the oil pan gasket out two weeks ago (pressure?). Thats fixed now our mechanic asked $350 to change it (got it done for $100 + parts w/oil and filter change). And this mechanic put in a coilpack N/C and it's still running the same. Seems like when it's cold it runs fine after it's warmed it runs rough.

Any ideas????????????? Greatful for any help.
