Anybody know some good locations to do some 4x4'ing around Calgary? Nothing too rough. I've heard there's some public areas outside of town that people go to, but I'm not sure.

I think you will have to come west young man lol to B.C. Eric

 

Go west of Cochrane to the Nordegg Road.
North to the MARKED area of Waiparous Creek .

I used to go south to Turner Valley and then West from the Ranger Station.It takes almost a whole day to get to Elbow Lake.
It's a GREAT trip.
This one I highly recommend.

Mclean Creek has some great trails. Easy stuff up to really technical stuff. Indian Graves is pretty good to.
