wiper motor working on High only

You don't have to be from Alberta or BC to post here.
In fact your qquestion would be better in the year of truck forum that applies to your truck.
I would suggest that either the Intermittent module is shot or the controlling device in the wiper motor is the culprit.
I'll move this thread to the electrical forum for more exposure.'
