I live in the 'Crest' area at the top of Cariboo hill. There is a Chinese place along Kingsway called Mr. Ho's or something like that, it's not far from Courtesy Chev/Olds. I've never been to Alberta so I can't ask about landmarks....
I'am from B.C. and have been a member here for about a year and have been a Ford guy for years it sort of runs through my familly albiet mostly trucks Rangers to 5 ton trucks.
I think you're referring to the 'Royal Hudson' that runs from North Van to Squamish. I've never been on it myself but used to take the train to Whistler for a bit 'o' the white stuff.
Hi to you all. And Hi again Dennis it's good you got this site going.

Hi all, am another Albertan, true blue ford driver (have had many but now have only 3) Have intro'd self on the forum earlier but will recount some of hilites. Presently have 91 f150 s/c 5.8l as daily driver, 56 Mercury M100 (mildly customized), and have just picked up a 79 Ranchero that i am not sure what to do with yet. It is a bit tough as far as body goes but the price was right ( i think). Am married to a wonderful girl who puts up with my addiction to those things of the ford world (parts, engines, early vehicles, anything cleveland, etc) and 3 grown daughters. Hope to meet up with some of you guys at some of the shows upcoming. Later, pops.
