wipers don't do anything

I have a 95 f150. My wiper will not work, no intermittent, no slow, no fast, nothing. I swapped on a used motor, still nothing I have power tothe motor on some wires. Where is the wiper governor located at? I have seen it referred to on some other posts but they are different year models. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you, Joe.,

Have you checked related fuses/relays?

The governor is located in the dash- it should be somewhere behind the switch.

Relays/fuses were good. I found the module behind the glove box mounted to the a/c duct. I had a complete dash in my attic and swapped the parts. Everything works great now.
