Dude with the new paint job

Hey i wrote a message about the paint shop in calgary. i think i saw your truck today on Mcknight. Is there a 3 and a flowmaster sticker on the back window and BC plates? Im positive it was your truck. i was behind you in the grey ford f-150. Anyways i looked at your paint job, and let me tell you the whole job is orange peeled. Now i forsurely wont go to that guy for a paint job for my ranger.

PS I still have that 94 F-150 forsale if anyone is interested.

No, you were looking at the back of the truck, my tailgate. My tail gate was pretty beat up, and I didn't have the money to buy a new one at the time, so I just bought a can of rubber undercoating and sprayed the whole thing to seal the rust in, and then just painted it the same color with some Napa paint/clearcoat. I didnt even bother removing the decals or pin striping. I know it looks like total crap, but it beats not having a tail gate at all. I can guarantee you that the rest of the truck's paint is perfectly fine. I wouldn't have paid $1000 if the results were that crappy.
