where's the timing marks on my pulley? 80s 302

I can't find any timing marks.. or the center bolt size for the crank pulley. I was in love with this engine until just now

there's a notch on the pulley, is that TDC? and does someone know the crank pulley head size offhand? it's a PITA, i can't even get my tools to reach without pulling the fan.

There's a notch on the harmonic balancer, that might be TDC. I'll have to check the bolt head size, I know it's somekind of metric size. All the timing marks should be engraved on the outside of the harmonic balancer.

I used a remote starter to turn the crank while I was underneath looking for the marks, used a soapstone marker at 10D BTDC.

it was just filthy, I used oven cleaner to show me where the timing marks were. It's great stuff, best engine degreaser there is.. it even eats away at rust.. (and steel and aluminum if you're not careful)
