Post U Bolts

I know there are different schools of thought here but I figured I would poll you guys. If U bolts have to be removed for some reason, can they be reused? How about the nuts? I have heard the following 3 scenarios;

1) everything can be reused
2) replace just the nuts
3) replace both

What do you all think? I'm doing rear bushings right now and reassembly will be later this week.

u-bolts are stretch bolts, basically the torque spec is way too high and they stretch down to the happy spot. technically they are a one time use item.

if it were my truck i would reuse them as long as they still looked pretty and were not rotted.
