So what do i need to do?
Its a Rough Country lift just so you know

 

The ttb lift kit will not work on a sas.

I know the lift kit wont work. I just wanted to use the radius arm drop brackets.

 

The radius arms work. I'm the the process of doing a swap on my 95 with a 77 axle.

 

Then use them. They will need to be moved back to just below the front cab bushing and modified to clear it

For the most part its pretty simple. I can't believe that I paid 1200 $ for the lift kit before. The only thing hard about mine is I'm dropping the upper coil spring mount 2" for more lift. Just lining up the holes might be tricky

 

I have and 8" lift on my truck currenty. Any idea what C bushing I will need?

 

7* and drop hangers probably. Thats a helluva lot of lift.

 

I put the drop brackets on my truck and it made the radius arms nice, but only had 4"

 

If you use drop brackets that are same size as the lift you shouldn't need degreed bushings if you're attempting to keep castor the same. Take the length of the radius arms, the size of the lift, and subtract from drop brackets. Draw a triangle, do some geometry and there you go.
