You can post links to a site that is hosting the file. I doubt that the powers that be would want to have more of their bandwidth chewed up by hosting your video though. It won't hurt to ask though.

How long are they?

I have 5 15-20 second videos done in ZIP files in my FTE web site.

They were in Mpeg but, there is a better format if the systems here allows for it.
