What I woke up to this morning

I think this is the earliest we've had snow since I've lived here. That I can remember anyway. It's wet and slushy and barely sticking but it does qualify as snow.

It was snowing here in Kalamity Flats, but it was too light to stick. Although the hills around town are kinda white...Good news is we're supposed to be back up to mid-60's later in the week.

I just made a similar post. Our snow was about like that but it's falling pretty good now.

Up where my wife works, near Mitchell, the school got 12" of very wet snow. All the mountians in Central Oregon are very white this morning.

Ice on the windshield this morning when I left for work at 05:30. This might be a tough winter ahead!

The snow melted yesterday, even though it kept snowing most of the day and into the night. Then apparently the wind blew up some dust from somewhere, I woke up to a car and truck covered in a layer of mud. Fun stuff.
