Hope you folks back east can swim. Headed your way. We're getting soaked now. Flash flood watches & warnings everywhere. Heard somebody say we're supposed to get 3 - 5 inches within the next 36 hours. Not helping me any. Basement leaks & already needs me to rip out carpet. Will help the mushrooms in the carpet grow more. Could be snow, guess I should be glad it's not. Actually worked today. Thought sure it'd cancel. Little kiddies ( call them " Early Childhood, my niece in down in Cape calls it Head Start. Pre-kindegarden kiddies. ). Went to a pumpkin farm. They had an indoor area so it didn't get canceled. This rain would've washed some of these little ones away if they'd have gone out in it. Waiting to see what happens tomorrow, supposed to go to Pizza Farm. Yes, Pizza Farm. Have been there once before. They have an arieal (?) photo of the place & it looks like a pizza. They even make & sell pizza. It is an actual farm ( not sure if it's a working farm or not, think so ). May be able to Google it, never tried. Pizza Farm - Dow, Ill. Am using library computer. Haven't been back home yet to try mine. Don't trust it in this much rain. Still haven't called the phone co. No spell checker on library computer, that doesn't look right to me, but can't remember how to spell it.

Just went up the highway to something called " Planet Fun ". At least got some hours today. 12 for the whole week. Bummer. Will have to do unemployment this week for sure. Heard somebody say we had 4½ inches of rain by 6:00 P.M. yesterday. I can't swim, hope it stops soon!
