That is going to be the killer Pat. Supposed to have 25-35 mph winds for the next couple days.

 

Not just for the snow, but the temp also. Nothing like a good wind chill to make things just that much more pleasant!!

 

Good morning Wyoming. Had to go to work today and I am not to excited about it after having half of Wednesday and all day yesterday off. Still planning on a deer hunt tomorrow if the interstate ever opens so I can get to Wheatland.

 

Morning Miles. Good luck with the deer hunting, don't freeze you a$$ off! Where do you go to hunt?

 

I usually apply for Area 7 for Elk and just buy a general deer and hunt for both. This year, I was busy racing and forgot to apply in time so I was going to just blow it off this year. I talked with a land owner about shooting a deer and he he agreed. He owns land east of Laramie Peak. Considering more roads are closed today than yesterday, i think I will be working on the house this weekend.

 

Good day every one that come's this way today.....Miles I can only amagine from what I seen Wed. how much fun it would be to get around any where near Laramie Peak this weekend. Hopefully there is still time to get your deer yet.

As for me hunting was a wash this year as there was not enough time to get anything going I' am pretty sure even if that storm had not came in the first week of Oct.

I shall be doing more online Ford schooling today but plan to get out a little this afternoon and see how things are.
