map sensor line

Howdy bro's and bro ettes
I need to replace my map sensor line . Im doing the AIH delete with Clay's plug and I have my boost gauge T'd in the map line. Can I use some heater hose ? and does anyone know what size hose it is. ?? Thanks in advance.

1/4" fuel hose will work just fine. I've had that on mine for several years now.

The rubber hose going from the intake spider to the MAP sensor.

See the T piece to the left of the spider. Thats my boost gauge which is tapped into the Map sensor line.





Now the AIH delete is removal of the plug you can see that goes into the left tube of the spider, just to the right of the T. with the wire attached to it. You put one of these cool lookn plugs from Clay
Riffraff Diesel: RDP AIH Tapped Fitting
and you are good go. It is threaded so you can instal your boost gauge there. It removes some restriction from the internal of the spider and one less cable. But more importantly - it looks good
