I dont think Ford will make the same mistake twice. They thoroughly tested the 6.4 and it's proven very strong and reliable. I have no doubt that Ford will test the hell out of the 6.7 and it will be same. The UREA thing is a little interesting, but by the time the trucks are released, it will be very plentiful.

Not only what he said but I don't think Ford can afford another release like the 6.0. From what I have read the UREA has been in use in Europe for quite some time with good results. After second thought, if I were to give a 1st year engine a chance I think this might be the one to do it with. Ford has too much riding on its success.
If you need a truck in the next year then without question i would get a 6.4 and do a Spartan delete after 15-20K. This way you will get all the small bugs out if any before making the change. Also your fuel economy will end up around the 17-19 with Spartan. Now that my truck has 14k on it my mileage is up to 18.5 on flat hwy running 70mph. I as well think the 6.7 will be good in time but there is alot of new stuff going on here. Major new design and new manufacturing ownership. If you can wait at least two years and preferably 3 years then i would go with the 6.7 engine. If your hesitant on the 6.4 don't be cause the major stuff is fixed now and these engines are very refined and strong as a horse especially when even slightly tuned. I'm running only the 75hp tune now and the truck tows like a beast. 210hp tune and up are scary strong.
Thanks for the replys! I am looking for an 09 lariat black and black... Might wait til dec or jan for a 10 to get the exact truck I want if the incentives are good.. Any idea on any big incentives coming up?
My ford dealer said its been really starting to slow down again and they think its only gonna get slower as the winter goes along.. Employee pricing a possibility again?

Got em on ebay. There are several guys selling them. You can get the front or the rear or the dash or any two of the above or all three.
I'll see if I can find a close up and post it on this thread.
OK Koboss1, here are the close ups. I didn't get the ones for the dash. They come ready to peel and stick. You gotta be a little artistic so I had wifey put mine on and she did a good job.
