Lucky Find

I answered an add for a new rebuilt Pontiac 455 to drop in my `71 Firebird. It has an aluminum intake,TRW forged flat tops,280 Magnum cam,Unilite dist.for $1500 , and the guy was moving and clearing out his garage, and I noticed a Ford engine sitting in the corner. He said it was a 351M that he pulled from his wrecked truck. It has ported heads, roller fulcrums, chrome,Mallory dist, aluminum intake, and another 351C 4bbl intake with the spacers to adapt it to the M.I got both engines and an engine stand for $1500. Thanks Herman!

Maybe ... but you'ld need the spacers to put a 351C intake on a 351M no matter which heads were used ... 'cause they are further apart.
