some help with the steering

i am working on getting my brake and steering redone. The driver side spidle will not turn at unless i take a hammer to it.

So i am trying to get get the king pin out and see what's up. I took the screw that goes in the side out but i can seem to get the king pin to move. I have try to use a jack and a socket but it just lifted the whole frame.

any help getting the pin out or getting the steering to loosen up

I would try some Kroil penetrating fluid. I've used it on stuck hardware on KC-135s and it works great. Just an idea to throw out there. I hope it helps.
