What model is this?

I was wondering if ya'll could tell me what model this is. I have looked at a bunch of pics and several look the same except for the hood ornament. This one has like a lever that sticks out. Any help is appreciated.

Its a 42 to 47... the body styles are the same through those years.
Are you going to restore it? or can I buy some parts off you...lol.

That lever is the hood latch 'lock' it just needs to be pushed down.

This truck is as I found it, tucked away in an Industrial Unit and stored up in the Mezanine of the Unit for 30 years.
It was just taken down 2 years ago, all the original interior is in the Truck, and its in very good condition, just a few splits on the drivers side of the seat. All the original Glass Date Stamped Ford 47 has the sliding rear window also stamped, dual wipers, plus a few more Ford options for that year.
I sure lucked out on this one and I'm driving it just as it looks. Going to get the bed and rear fenders painted to look just like the front of the Truck, give it that original untouched look. Got the running boards repaired,, so its in the works.

As far as the Car goes is not mine belongs to a friend.
