Fuse Block

I have an 04 F350 6.0L Diesel. All the gauges and indications quit working. I found that the right side of the fuse block had no power from the #41 fuse on. I was told to change out the fuse block. I changed out the block and everything worked for a short period of time. Now I am right back where I started. What is causing the problem and is the new fuse block damaged?
Thanks,
Crash1-2

Did you ever find the problem? My 2005 f250 just did the same thing but stranded the wife on the side of the road...
